Transmission systems play a crucial role in the data acquisition chain of instrumental networks in many areas, such as civil, military or scientific research. The usability of the data is even more important when these are closely linked to phenomenologies that have immediate repercussions on the safety of the population, or when these are generated for civil protection purposes.
