This technical report presents the architecture, operational flow, and implementation choices underlying a centralized web platform designed for real-time monitoring of the operating status of Mobile Seismic Network managed by the Etna Observatory. The platform was developed to overcome the inherent limitations of manual supervision processes by introducing an automated system capable of continuously integrating and analyzing heterogeneous data streams, including status CSV files and images of daily seismogram data automatically generated by Python scripts.
