Riassunto

This 2025 Annual Report provides a comprehensive overview of the facilities, research activities, and scientific outputs of the High Pressure High Temperature Laboratory (HPHT Lab) and the Laboratory of New Technologies and Instruments (LNTS). This year marks a significant milestone as the report is officially integrated into the INGV Miscellanea series, a transition aimed at enhancing the visibility and formal dissemination of the laboratories’ progress within the broader scientific community. The HPHT Lab stands as a facility of excellence and an international benchmark for the experimental study of the physico-chemical processes governing Earth’s dynamics. Serving as a cross-departmental hub, the laboratories actively support INGV’s Earthquake, Volcano, and Environment departments. By integrating high pressure/high temperature simulations, advanced petrological analyses, and multi-parametric field monitoring, the research group effectively bridges the gap between natural...
