Dear participants, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Second Congress of the Italian Geochemical Society, which will be held in Perugia from the 1st to 4th of July, 2024. Consistent with the title, From Theoretical to Applied Geochemistry, the Congress is organized into four broad thematic sessions, namely 1) Computational and Experimental Geochemistry, 2) Cosmochemistry and Planetary Sciences, 3) Environmental Geochemistry and 4) Geochemistry in Volcanic, Geothermal and Seismic Areas.
